Are Kendall Cares products prone to melting during transit?Yes! Kendall Cares is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that some of our products can be very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If your product liquifies or spills during shipment, please email us and attach pictures so we can assist you.

Why does my item look a little different from the last time I ordered it?All Kendall Cares products are handmade in small batches. Items may vary or have slight variations from batch to batch.

Is my order refundable?Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept any returns/refunds. We are not responsible for any products that get soft or melt during transit. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@kendallcares.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?All our orders adhere to a up to 7-14 business day processing time frame before it is shipped.Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED.Disclaimer: Processing times may vary.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?Please ensure that you enter the correct address information during checkout. If you happen to enter an incorrect address, please contact us within one hour after placing the order and we will try our best to assist you. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to assist you.

How long does shipping take?Shipping times vary. During normal operating times, the USPS typically delivers packages within 2-7 business days. This timeframe could increase during the busy holiday season.

Can I cancel my order?Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After the 24-hour cancellation period has ended, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please email us at info@kendallcares.com in the event you need to request a change to your order or an order cancellation.
